This website does not ask you for personal information, and it does not store any. There is no login, no account, no newsletter, and no contact form that saves what you type.

What happens when you use the site

WhatsApp buttons. Tapping one opens WhatsApp with a message ready to send. Nothing is sent until you send it. Once you do, the conversation is between you and the clinic, under WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
The appointment form. It does not submit to a server. It assembles what you typed into a WhatsApp message that you then choose to send, or not.
The map. The clinic location only loads from Google Maps if you click to load it, so Google is not contacted on page load.
Images and fonts. Served from this website, not from third parties.

Analytics

If website analytics are switched on, they count page views and which pages are read. They are not used to identify individual visitors, and no medical information you send on WhatsApp ever reaches them.

Your medical information

Scans and reports you send on WhatsApp are handled as confidential clinical material by the practice, the same as anything you bring to the clinic in person.
